Chicago Symphony takes donor privacy seriously and treats all financial information about any transaction you have with the organization as highly confidential.

Chicago Symphony is committed to protecting our donors’ privacy. Except as noted below, Chicago Symphony will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information, however collected, with anyone else, nor will we send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. Chicago Symphony will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information for commercial purposes. 

Chicago Symphony may disclose a donor’s personal information to third-party service providers who are contracted by Chicago Symphony to provide services. These service providers have access to the Chicago Symphony’s donor personal information only as necessary to perform services for Chicago Symphony. Except for these listed exceptions and for required disclosures to law enforcement or other purposes specifically required by law, Chicago Symphony does not disclose donor personal information to third parties without first obtaining their permission.
