Maestro Arnie Roth is an internationally recognized conductor, best known for his pioneering work bringing video game music to the concert stage. He was the co-founder (with Nobuo Uematsu) of Distant Worlds: music from FINAL FANTASY, which has performed over 300 times domestically and internationally. Maestro Roth was also the conductor for various iterations of NieR:Orchestra Concert, FINAL FANTASY VII REMAKE Orchestra World Tour, FINAL FANTASY VII REBIRTH Orchestra World Tour, as well as The Music of SQUARE ENIX – Magic, Memories, and Melodies concert tour.
Outside of video game music, Roth was the principal violinist and concertmaster for Mannheim Steamroller, whose album Fresh Aire 7 won a GRAMMY Award. In 2007, Roth was nominated for an Emmy Award for his original song “Shine” from BarbieTM in The Twelve Dancing Princesses. Roth has also worked with many of the world’s most celebrated artists, including Andrea Bocelli, Diana Ross, Il Divo, Jewel, Josh Groban, Charlotte Church, Patrick Stewart, Peter Cetera, Pat Benatar, Dennis DeYoung, and Ahmad Jamal.
